Hey Andrew, it seems like the intune security reports section fails all the checks if the CIS policies are applied via policy sets. Is this normal?

Thank you Andrew!

So we moved away from Policy sets to individual CIS policies in config profiles. Still seeing the same thing, how does the tool assess which policies exist or don’t?

Rad Zangeneh: It uses a custom csv with Graph lookup values in it. Which profiles in particular is it missing?

Hi, yes, they won't be in the lookup table. I'm not sure how long until policy sets are deprecated to be honest so I would suggest shifting away from them anyway
